School Fundraising Terms

Participation and attribution
Participating schools receive 20% of eligible attributed revenue, excluding VAT, refunds and delivery. There is no school participation fee under the current model. Referral codes and QR links identify qualifying purchases; customers may enter a code at checkout. Test-mode payments are not real revenue and must not be distributed as fundraising proceeds.
Digital and Etsy sales
Digital contributions are calculated from verified paid eligible orders after applicable VAT and refunds. Etsy sales count only once the owner verifies and records a physical order; link clicks do not count. Digital and verified physical purchases are separately recorded without counting the same sale twice. Payment frequency, cut-off dates, partial-refund adjustments, disputed attribution and rounding must be agreed in writing before participation.
Privacy and responsibilities
Schools do not receive children's photos or private books. Contribution reports should be limited to aggregate accounting information; schools must not seek unnecessary family details. Schools remain responsible for their own communications and lawful handling of school photos. A code does not authorise a parent to upload every image in a school photograph. Nelly's Hart is not represented as a registered charity.
Written school agreement
The operator and school must approve a written participation agreement covering eligibility, calculation, reports, payment arrangements, refunds, permitted school name/QR use, privacy, safeguarding, termination and complaints.
