What you pay for
Creating and previewing is free. A single design PDF is £5.99 and a complete memory book PDF is £12.99, VAT-inclusive where applicable. Physical printing and delivery are paid separately through Etsy. No subscription or repeat charge is required to re-download an existing paid purchase.
Your 14-day cancellation right
UK consumers normally have 14 days from the digital contract date to cancel without giving a reason. Before immediate supply, checkout asks you separately to expressly consent to supply starting during that period and to acknowledge loss of the cancellation right once digital supply begins. Neither confirmation is pre-ticked. If you do not agree, do not proceed with immediate checkout and email us about cancellation or delivery options. Consent alone does not remove the right before supply begins.
Consent and confirmation
The order stores the wording/version, server timestamp, separate confirmations and seller snapshot. A downloadable order confirmation is available for paid orders. Automated transactional confirmation emails are not currently configured. The operator must verify durable-medium delivery, full mandatory contract information and timing before paid launch; a link to a changeable webpage alone is not relied on as compliant confirmation.
Faults, misdescription and refund requests
Digital content must meet applicable statutory standards. You retain Consumer Rights Act remedies for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming content; appropriate remedies can include repair/replacement, price reduction or other legally required relief. There is no blanket non-refundable rule. Email info@nellyshart.co.uk with your reference, purchase date and the issue. For cancellation, clearly state you wish to cancel; you may use: ‘I give notice that I cancel my contract for [digital product], ordered on [date], reference [reference], name [parent name], date [today].’ We will assess eligibility and explain the remedy and legally applicable refund timing, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Functionality and compatibility
Downloads are high-resolution PDFs without preview watermarks. Use a current browser capable of rendering the Studio and generating PDFs, with internet access for purchases, enough storage and a PDF reader. PDF artwork is flattened/rasterised; image quality depends on uploads, and low-resolution warnings must be reviewed before purchase. The full book uses the existing 32-interior-page hardcover format; the physical sample is not yet approved. First PDF generation can depend on the saved working book and its unexpired photos. If generation fails, contact support rather than purchasing again.
