Updated 3 November 2026 · Draft for operator and professional review before paid launch
Nelly's Hart is a trading brand. Legal operator details are awaiting confirmation; paid launch is not approved. Contact: info@nellyshart.co.uk.
A grown-up stays in control
Use the Studio with a parent or guardian nearby. Only a grown-up should create an account and manage payments. Purchases require parent sign-in and an authenticator code. We cannot independently prove adulthood merely from an account or authenticator; grown-ups must not share purchase access with children.
Share less about yourself
You can use a nickname or leave names out. We do not require your full name, birthday, address or school to create a book. Ask a grown-up before adding a photo of someone else. Do not upload private addresses, contact details or information that could put someone at risk.
Your creations are private
Your photos and artwork are not posted publicly by the Studio. Schools do not get your photos. The Studio does not send your pictures to AI tools, and this application does not use them for advertising or AI training. Your grown-up can buy a PDF or separately arrange printing through Etsy.
When pictures disappear
Online photos are scheduled to disappear after 30 days, except briefly while a purchase is finished. A warning appears in the Studio near the end. A bought PDF can still contain the pictures and stays in the parent's account; downloaded copies stay wherever your grown-up saves them.
Ask for help or deletion
Ask your grown-up to delete a Studio project or email info@nellyshart.co.uk for help with access or deletion. Do not send us photos or passwords in an email. The operator must complete a Children's Code assessment and DPIA before launch; this draft does not mean those reviews are finished.
